The Website belongs to the “Baum Family Winery” (hereinafter: the “Website Owners” and/or the “Website Management”).

 

The Website serves as a showcase website and contains information, images, and videos about the activities of the “Baum Family Winery.”

The purpose of the Website is to provide users with general information related to the Baum Family Winery. The Website offers membership in a customer club and the option to purchase wines by pre-order.

 

Use of the Website, the content displayed on it, and various end devices is subject to the terms and conditions set forth below in these Terms of Use. Therefore, the user must read these terms and conditions carefully, as using the Website and its content constitutes your agreement and acceptance of these Terms of Use.

14. Your consent as stated above constitutes consent to the transmission of marketing communications under the Communications (Telecommunications and Broadcasting) Law (Amendment No. 40), 5768-2008 (hereinafter: the “Law”).

 

15. It is clarified that notwithstanding your consent, you may withdraw this consent by sending a written notice of refusal to the Website Owners or through the same method by which the marketing communication was transmitted to you.

 

16. Unless you have withdrawn your consent to receive marketing communications, the Website Owners are entitled, in accordance with the provisions of the Law, to use registered users’ details and/or share registered users’ details with third parties in order to provide registered users with updates and/or marketing material that may be relevant to them, either via email, SMS, or other methods, whether for materials the registered user opts to receive by registering for a specific service on the Website, or for materials the Website and/or third parties decide to send to the registered user.

 

17. A registered user who does not wish to receive such communications may opt out during the registration process.
