Welcome to Family Baum Winery, where passion, tradition and a deep connection to our homeland converge to create exceptional wines. Nestled within the Northern Golan, in the beautiful Moshav Sha’al, founders Sam and Rivka Baum have embarked on an extraordinary winemaking venture. 

By day, Sam tends to the vineyards of one of Israel’s top wineries in the picturesque Galilee. Rivka, a long-time professional nurse by vocation, now directs her energies into Family Baum Winery in a full-time capacity. Sam and Rivka have joined forces as business partners to realise their long-term dream, to cultivate and craft remarkable wines in the heart of their moshav.
