OUR PHILOSOPHY

We are building a legacy of excellence in viticulture and minimal interference wine, aiming to show off the unique microclimate of our region and have it recognised as an outstanding pocket of terroir with a distinctly recognisable flavour profile.  

Our core belief is that a wine is only as good as its grapes. We aim for a complete synchronisation between our vineyard and our wine, and for that reason our vintner is also our winemaker. He fuses his specialised knowledge of the vineyard with his passion for winemaking, tending to the grapes with care and agriculturally manipulating his vines to create a truly outstanding wine.

Our vision for our terroir-driven, vineyard-to-cellar wine is for it to accompany your milestones and turn your dinners into occasions to remember. For each silken sip to evoke the sounds, scenery, colours, tastes, and aromas of our family-grown vineyard, our little idiosyncratic piece of the Levant.
